Locality:

Sandy soil next to container park, Landegem, Nevele, Belgium. Vegetation consisting of grasses and low herbs. Sample collected in March 1994 by Paul De Ley, nematodes extracted by John Sudheer Midituri as a contaminant in Steinernema extraction with Galleria trap.

Culture conditions:

Monoxenic: NA + 5mg/ml cholesterol + E. coli. Keep at 16C to room temperature.

Long-term storage:

Survives freezing in glycerin (low efficiency).
