The North American Amerindians have a long memory for
ancient lore. This painted
inscription, located at the John Corner site #48 in British Columbia, was
probably executed in the late 1700's. Its ogam text may be read as Logi Midgar ([ds]-orm = "Loki and the
Dragon of Middle Earth." (Fell 1982). |
