1a.  Mid leg with one tibial spur; mesonotum without prescutal sutures, with or without median longitudinal furrow;

     longer tibial spur of fore leg not forked apically; antenna with 9-11 segments...............................Ceraphronidae

 

1b.  Mid leg with two tibial spurs; mesonotum, at least anteriorly, with prescutal sutures and almost always with

     median longitudinal furrow, or if prescutal sutures absent then pronotum very elongated and ocelli absent or

     forewing with only the costal vein and gastral collar with 3 ridges; longer tibial spur of fore leg forked apically;
